  • The following Shipping Policy applies to packages shipped within the US. Please contact us for information regarding shipping outside the US.

    All packages are shipped Priority Mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation. Shipping rates are as follows:

  • Sales Tax
  • 7% sales tax will be applied to all NJ residents.


  • Return Policy
  • There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns unless items were damaged in shipping or we made an error when filling your order. Shipping charges are not refundable unless items were damaged in shipping to you or we made an error when filling your order. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it for a credit or exchange as long the following criteria are met:

    - You must obtain a return authorization number before returning any items. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

    - Items are returned within 14 days of order date.

    - Items are accompanied by a copy of your sales receipt.

    - Items must be in new and unused condition. Strands of beads must be intact on original string.

    - Items must be shipped back in a box. Goods damaged in return shipping or lost will not be credited or accepted.

    - We do not accept returns sale items, or used/broken strands of beads.

    All damaged shipments and items must be reported within 7 days of receipt to start the claim process.
